| Music Profile: James Butler "Danny" Blue Sushi Radio | ||
Danny
“American Wolf” Butler plays rhythm guitarist position in the Blue Sushi Radio
band. He is a songwriter and the creator of a unique Blues/Rock style of dobra
guitar playing that gets it’s melodic sound from a newly created alternative tuning. Danny
hails from the small town of Quincy, Florida where he and Billy Dean played
together in the band “Midnight Cowboys”. He is also the deep voice behind Earl
Wolf you’ve heard on the Blue Sushi Radio Show ads. Danny has just returned from
Europe where he spent the last 3 years working his craft and constructing Blue
Sushi Radio to educate the world about Blues and assist other artist to get
exposure to the World Wide Web. “Europe
is going through some tough times these days and I wish all my friends around
Paddington area of London England safe wishes!” The bombs of July 7th where literally at their doorsteps, next to Edgware
Station. Danny’s
favorite guitar is his converted “Faith Hill” electro/resonator, it’s a fat,
sweet axe, and fast. One of his many songs “Every Time It Rains” has gained
interest in the country music songwriter circle and will soon be featured on the
“Blue Bass Records” catalog featuring Tallahassee’s own Fred “Butch” Burns
singing.
